GeoEngineers is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer, Scientist, or Geologist for our Boston, MA office. As a Senior member of our Environmental Discipline, you will provide technical leadership on environmental and remediation projects. You will plan and manage remedial construction oversight and environmental data collection efforts (soil, groundwater, sediment, indoor air, and soil vapor). You will also evaluate and interpret environmental data and perform engineering and scientific analysis. Additionally, you will prepare cleanup documents which include work plans, reports, and design submittals (including design drawings, specification, and engineers' estimates), and will develop and support junior staff, client relationships, and business development.
Our best estimate of the salary range for the Senior Environmental Engineer, located in Boston, MA, $117,000 - $176,000 annually. Our best estimate of the salary range for the Senior Geologist or Scientist, located in Boston, MA, is $101,000 - $152,000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. GeoEngineers’ salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance. As part of our competitive total rewards package, employees in this role may also be eligible for our annual year‑end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
