Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and expand our Environmental Compliance practice in Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region. The role focuses on air permitting, SPCC plans, SWPPP development, and multi‑site program leadership.

You will mentor staff, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the service line as you advance toward Principal. The position combines technical delivery with business development in a respected, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an environmental field and related licensure.
• Demonstrated experience leading environmental compliance programs (air permitting, SPCC, SWPPP).
• Proven track record in client development and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day environmental compliance projects from scoping to delivery.
• Grow the compliance service line through revenue and client base expansion.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and staff to raise bench strength.
• Help shape practice strategy as you move toward Principal.
