Job summary
IAPMO Group in Ridgefield, NJ seeks a Principal Environmental Specialist for an onsite, contract role. You will lead environmental regulatory compliance, industrial hygiene, and audit readiness across a pharmaceutical manufacturing site, ensuring CAPA and change control are effectively implemented.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in environmental field.
- 10+ years of EHS experience, preferably in regulated manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of EPA and NJDEP regulations.
- Experience with audits, CAPA, and change control.
- Onsite work in Ridgefield, NJ for the contract duration.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review environmental regulations, permits, and wastewater compliance.
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions per EPA/NJDEP/OSHA.
- Review industrial hygiene data and plan monitoring.
- Evaluate respiratory protection and medical surveillance needs.
- Support audits, investigations, CAPA, and change control.
- Organize EHS records and improve compliance tracking.
- Enhance digital workflows using SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate.
- Prepare status updates for site leadership.
