Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Chemist to support environmental consulting work for Federal, State, Local and Commercial/Industrial clients. The role validates environmental laboratory data and assists with QA/QC, QAPPs, and electronic deliverables.

Based in Gibbsboro, NJ, the position requires a chemistry degree and extensive analytical-lab experience, with strong data management and technical writing skills, enabling independent and collaborative work across non-standard environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
• 10 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment or data validation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC and data validation activities using applicable guidelines and SOPs.
• Manage and maintain project environmental data trackers and complex spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with project managers, analysts, and laboratories to confirm sample documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare, review, and update technical documentation and plans; ensure consistency between source files and deliverables.
• Analyze and interpret analytical data and select appropriate methods as needed.
• Support environmental sampling programs (soil, groundwater, vapor intrusion, PFAS, organics, inorganics).
