Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is looking for a Senior Environmental Advisor to join their Social Value team in Sheffield. This role involves supporting pre-construction projects aimed at delivering sustainability outcomes and conducting environmental audits. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction sustainability schemes such as BREEAM and LEED, alongside strong data analysis skills. This position requires being on-site 3 days a week with some flexibility on hours. A great opportunity to grow your talent in a tier one contractor environment.

Qualifications

• You have knowledge of construction sustainability schemes such as BREEAM, CEEQUAL, LEED, WELL.
• You are passionate about sustainability and can manage incidents independently.
• Ability to travel to and between sites and be on site 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Supporting projects in pre-construction for successful delivery of sustainability outcomes.
• Conducting environmental inspections and audits.
• Reporting and investigating environmental incidents.
