We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative, robust, and scalable solutions that address complex business capabilities and needs. This pivotal role requires a strong focus on conceptualizing future-state solutions by effectively translating complex business requirements, collaborating closely with business architects and product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and critically defining and ensuring the implementation of essential non‑functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, scalability, reliability).
As a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing detailed architectural diagrams, modeling, and representing diverse architectural views (e.g., deployment, data, application, security) using industry‑standard modeling techniques such as ArchiMate. You will ensure that all proposed solutions meticulously adhere to existing enterprise reference architecture standards and strategic architectural guidelines, playing a crucial role in operationalizing strategy and ensuring successful solution delivery.
A key aspect of this role involves providing strategic consultation and technical leadership, guiding projects through the full solution lifecycle, and driving alignment across various technical domains. You will effectively collaborate with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams to ensure solution designs contribute to the overarching enterprise architectural vision and strategic initiatives. This position demands proven experience within the healthcare payer industry, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and the ability to articulate architectural concepts and trade‑offs clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
