Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT/consulting or similar enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in Systems Administration/Engineering.
• Experience with public sector customers.
• Fluent in English and German; strong communication.
• Hands-on Tanium experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and maintain the Tanium Platform for customer environments.
• Perform daily health-checks and coordinate with Support Engineers on strategic activities.
• Document best practices and playbook entries; report status to CSMs.
• Provide technical direction to customer IT staff.
