You will own a portfolio of high-stakes accounts, develop sophisticated SEO plans, and ensure execution with measurable outcomes. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Internet Marketing experience with a core focus on SEO.
• Experience with franchise systems or large multi-location brands.
• Agency background with fast-paced client service environment.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Technical SEO, on-page optimization, and modern link building knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value client relationships with weekly strategic meetings and data-driven recommendations.
• Architect enterprise SEO strategies for multi-location brands, including technical roadmaps and scalable linking.
• Oversee campaign delivery and ensure optimization of all tactics for maximum impact.
• Ensure QBRs are insightful and drive client retention with proactive health monitoring.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define roles and salary bands within the department.
