Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Ashby, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager to own the Enterprise narrative and enable GTM teams with clarity across complex buying committees.
You’ll craft messaging, content, and assets for large, strategic customers and partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions Engineering to win and expand high-impact accounts. You’ll work with ABM programs, analyst relations, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact, owning end-to-end segment messaging and collateral
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at a well-regarded HR-tech startup that has earned respect among recruiting professionals. Ashby is in a growth phase with a small, senior team — meaning your work will have outsized company impact and direct exposure to leadership.
Compensation context: No salary range is disclosed, but Senior PMM roles in B2B SaaS typically range from $150K–$200K+ total comp in the US, with top-tier startups in SF/NY often adding meaningful equity. Ashby's 10-year stock option exercise window is a genuinely standout benefit — most companies give 90 days post-departure, making this a significant financial advantage.
Green flags: Hiring manager transparency (personal intro from Rosalia), structured interview process, clear culture fit criteria, emphasis on quality over speed.
Watch for: The team is described as small with high standards — expect a fast-paced environment where you'll need to self-direct with limited PMM support. If you thrive with mentorship-heavy structures, this may feel lean. Best suited for experienced PMMs with 5+ years who want to accelerate into segment ownership.
Hi, I'm Rosalia , and I look after our Product Marketing team at Ashby . I started my career in Product Marketing and helped build the Sales Enablement function at HubSpot during its journey from startup to IPO. Since then, I've worked across RevOps and Customer Marketing at Procore and Meta, partnering with incredible teams to bring differentiated products to market. I first heard of Ashby through our Head of Content, Anum, and was inspired by the level of thoughtfulness and operating principles I saw and read about. I joined Ashby in April of 2024 to lead Product Marketing, thrilled to build something meaningful with people I admire, and to help shape the future of hiring in a way that's thoughtful, effective, and human.
We're a small team with high standards and mutual respect for our teammates and community. The way we do Product Marketing at Ashby reflects that, all with a good dose of fun. We value clarity over cleverness, lean into autonomy, and treat writing well and first-principles thinking as core parts of the job. We avoid jargon, favor plain English, and focus on helping customers and prospects genuinely understand what our product does and how it can help them.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our Enterprise narrative and content, and to enable our go-to-market teams with clarity and confidence.
This includes the messaging, content, and sales support that helps us win and grow our largest, most complex customers. This role is about deeply understanding what it takes to sell and support Ashby at the Enterprise level: longer sales cycles, more sophisticated buying committees, and a much wider set of stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Analysts, Heads of Talent, RecOps, and more).
You'll partner closely with our Director of Product Marketing to make sure Enterprise messaging ladders up to Ashby's overarching company narrative, while you go deep on what makes that narrative land specifically with Enterprise and upper mid-market buyers. You will synthesize inputs from customer research, product direction, market dynamics, and company vision into clear, compelling narratives that scale across the segment.
You'll work hand-in-hand with Solutions Engineers and Sales Leaders to drive success within the segment, as well as collaborate with other marketing teams such as Content & Community, Demand Gen, Events and Partnerships, to influence campaigns for the Enterprise segment.
This role is a great fit for someone who loves to problem-solve through complexity, enjoys working with sophisticated buyers, and wants to own a full segment end-to-end.
Your Background
There's no perfect path into this role. We're open to a variety of backgrounds, including:

Is this role fully remote or does it require in-office presence? The job posting does not specify a required office location, and Ashby emphasizes autonomy and high-quality work. The role is open to US-based candidates, suggesting remote work within the US is likely, but candidates should confirm the exact remote policy during the recruiter screen. What is the salary range for this Senior Product Marketing Manager position? Ashby states that competitive compensation is offered but does not disclose a specific salary range in the job posting. You should expect to discuss compensation during the recruiter screen or hiring manager interview. What backgrounds are considered for this role? Ashby is open to candidates from Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, and Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering backgrounds — no single path is required. What does the interview process look like? The process includes a 30-min recruiter screen, a 45-min interview with the hiring manager (Rosalia), a 30-min marketing interview, a take-home assignment, and a final round with key stakeholders. Does Ashby offer stock options with favorable terms? Yes — Ashby offers a 10-year exercise window for stock options, which is significantly more generous than the standard 90-day post-departure window at most companies, reducing financial pressure if you leave the company.
