Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking an Enterprise Platform Leader to guide the technical and operational direction of Atlas enterprise platforms, ensuring stability and long-term sustainability. You will work with Business Owners, Product Owners, and Architects to plan and deliver high-value platform capabilities.

As a senior member of squads, you will model agile leadership, champion SDLC excellence, and mentor consultants. Frequent domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in their specialty platform.
• 5+ years of experience in an agile delivery culture.
• 2+ years of experience with multiple complementary technical skills.
• Experience with automated CI/CD, SDLC and automated testing advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Guides the direction and leads delivery of complex platform capabilities aligned to enterprise standards and SDLC.
• Provide senior technical leadership, unblocking teams and guiding consultants through complex business challenges.
• Leads platform reliability and operational excellence, supporting 24x7 availability of critical business services.
• Lead major incident escalations and coordinate effective resolution and postincident learning.
• Coach other leaders and teams through retrospectives, capability growth, and maturity improvement.
