Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in all technical aspects of switching implementation.

• Experience in projects and technical leadership for medium to large enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Supports LAN/WAN and Carrier services to ensure peak operating performance.
• Tier 3 escalation resource for incident resolution.
• Provide Technical leadership and guidance to junior personnel.

Skills

Enterprise caliber troubleshooting skills

Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience leveraging network management tools

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
