Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking an experienced Corporate Network Engineer III to design, implement, and support our enterprise network across multiple sites in nine states. You will handle routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, and VPN services while ensuring security and performance.

The role requires deep expertise in traditional and cloud networking, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional experience in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
• Experience with Cisco, Brocade, or Juniper switching and routing hardware.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and TCP/IP analysis.
• Hands-on design, development, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with virtualized cloud or data center WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Develop topology diagrams, configurations, test plans, and risk assessments to ensure solid architecture.
• Provide operational support and project delivery for distributed WAN environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide escalation support for complex incidents.
