Qualifications

• 7+ years of Network Engineering experience.
• Strong LAN/WAN design, routing (OSPF/BGP), and switching proficiency.
• Expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security.
• Experience with AWS and Azure networking.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience supporting CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and secure network architectures.
• Familiarity with XDR and SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Sentinel, Splunk).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and security technologies.
• Manage and improve network performance, reliability, and availability.
• Implement network segmentation across IT, OT, and controlled environments.
• Support Palo Alto firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Integrate networking across on-premise, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain network documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement efforts.
