Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure networking experience.
• Enterprise network infrastructure design and implementation experience.
• Advanced skills troubleshooting complex network environments.
• LAN/WAN, Data Center Networking, Security, and WLAN.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.
• Strong ability to document processes and procedures clearly and accurately for distribution to internal teams and clients.
• Experience prioritizing and working productively while multitasking.
• Be proactive, reliable, self-accountable, and able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate designs, concepts, and technical issues to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales infrastructure consulting services to enterprise and small business clientele
• Assist with designing, implementing, and managing complex network environments
• Establish trust and build relationships with people at all levels of client’s organization
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and management regarding latest technologies, solutions, and best practices
