• Coordinate and manage IT projects and programs from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, timelines, deliverables, and project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, identify risks, and provide timely updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, action logs, meeting records, and related project artifacts.
• Coordinate executive meetings, cross-functional workgroups, workshops, and special events; prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track action items through completion.
• Provide administrative and programmatic support to executive leadership, including calendar management, correspondence preparation, and records management.
