Job summary

GlobalFoundries in the United States seeks a Senior Lead to provide integration architecture and delivery leadership for the digital transformation program. You will serve as a senior technical authority for enterprise integration across SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP applications including CRM, PLM, manufacturing, and finance.

You will define integration strategy, govern partner delivery, and ensure secure, scalable, observable integrations aligned to end-to-end business processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise IT delivery, leading integration and transformation programs.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ERP integration in multi-domain environments.
• Strong knowledge of API-led integration and API management (Apigee or similar).
• Experience directing systems integrators and distributed teams through full delivery lifecycle.
• Security, privacy, auditing, and observability in enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Govern integrators and delivery partners; review designs, estimates, and docs.
• Own enterprise integration delivery across multiple patterns (A2A, B2B, API, event, file, data).
• Serve as senior design authority for SAP/non-SAP integrations and middleware.
• Define target-state integration principles, reference patterns, and interface standards.
• Lead architecture reviews for high-risk integrations and ensure maintainability.
• Translate business outcomes into executable integration roadmaps and designs.
• Provide technical leadership across discovery, build readiness, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and reusable assets across regions.
• Drive monitoring, observability, and alerting for end-to-end flows.
• Escalate integration risk and communicate options to leadership.
