Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to advance Army DNS and EP-DNS capabilities at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will deliver enterprise IT system engineering, RMF support, and service oversight for DNS infrastructure across NIPRNET/SIPRNET environments.

Candidates should have 5+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and be eligible for Top Secret/SCI; DoW 8570 IAT III and CE certifications are required or obtainable with company reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of additional experience may substitute.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI post-hire.
• 5+ years of related experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• DoW 8570 IAT Level III Certification and Computing Environment Certification (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support security of information systems assets and protect against threats.
• Provide Tier III DNS and EP-DNS system support and RMF compliance activities.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot DNS, Infoblox, and related infrastructure.
