Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of information technology experience, including senior-level architecture for large enterprise systems.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise data warehouse, reporting, analytics, and claims or transaction-processing solutions.
• Hands-on development with Python and advanced SQL, automation, and data processing.
• Experience designing APIs, services, databases, security, scheduling, monitoring, and environment management.
• BI/reporting experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAS, or similar.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD platforms.
• People leadership experience leading BI, data, and engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on architecture and engineering leadership for data warehousing and analytics modernization.
• Own end-to-end architecture for reporting, data integration, and processing solutions across on-premises and cloud services.
• Translate requirements into maintainable system designs with traceability and auditability.
• Lead modernization of ETL/SQL/Linux scripts toward Python-based automation.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and BI developers; support production and delivery.
