Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise client delivery, implementation, or related project management in healthcare technology or analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise client implementations with executive visibility.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and data-driven solutions.
• Experience influencing senior client stakeholders and governance across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise client implementations from kickoff to deployment.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and align solutions to business objectives.
• Define scope, plans, and milestones to drive execution.
• Manage multiple projects and risks with proactive issue resolution.
• Drive governance, stakeholder communications, and delivery accountability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success teams.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical specs and deliver data-driven insights.
