Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 8 years of experience leading cross-functional architectural initiatives or driving alignment across multiple pillars.
• Experience designing an Enterprise Architecture Toolkit to balance governance with velocity.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Enterprise Architecture Toolkit, including standards and design patterns.
• Own and lead the Enterprise Architecture Board for Corporate Engineering; foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure architectural recommendations are rooted in business outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Pillar Leads on asset rationalization and decommissioning legacy systems; mitigate debt and risk.
