Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, domain architecture, or senior technology strategy.
• Broad expertise across applications, integration, data, AI, cloud, security, and platforms.
• Experience leading architecture for large-scale transformation in a complex enterprise.
• Strong background in architecture governance, standards, target-state planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, target-state designs, and transition roadmaps.
• Lead architecture for strategic initiatives, modernization programs, and enterprise-wide technology decisions.
• Evaluate solutions based on business value, cost, risk, resilience, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
• Drive simplification, platform reuse, legacy modernization, and improved enterprise integration.
• Support architecture governance, review boards, standards councils, and exception management.
• Partner with engineering, cloud, data, AI, security, infrastructure, and business technology leaders.
• Incorporate cybersecurity, privacy, resilience, regulatory, and operational requirements into architecture decisions.
• Mentor architects and senior technology professionals while advancing architecture practices across the enterprise.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
