Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team in Salem, Oregon. You will design, govern, and continuously improve the firm's enterprise application architecture aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

This role partners with stakeholders to define standards, roadmaps, and reusable patterns, connecting business capabilities with scalable, secure technology across Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Azure services (API Management, Logic Apps).
• Define reference architectures and reusable solution patterns to support secure, scalable delivery.
• Document architecture standards and roadmaps in relevant tools like ServiceNow EA/APM.
• Support architecture governance processes and solution approvals.
• Partner with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices and maturity.
