Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to guide governance, processes, and information across the enterprise. You will align strategic goals with product and service decisions, partners, and IT initiatives, while coordinating with the IZX Division Chief and operating on-site at WPAFB.

The role emphasizes an integrated view of the enterprise, using repeatable approaches and industry-standard techniques to support mission-driven IT and business

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
• CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certifications desirable
• Experience with DoDAF and TOGAF are highly desirable
• Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Development: Design, document, and maintain architecture roadmaps, models, and representations that align with organizational goals and strategies.
• Cataloging and Documentation: Ensure comprehensive cataloging and documentation of architecture initiatives, capabilities, workflows, and standard components to support business and technology operations.
• Compliance and Governance: Coordinate and enforce adherence to architectural standards, policies, and guidelines across the organization to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop architectural solutions that drive organizational efficiency and innovation.
• Communication and Training: Communicate architectural strategies, initiatives, and frameworks effectively to key stakeholders and provide training or guidance as necessary.
• Framework Maintenance: Continuously maintain and refine architecture models, frameworks, and representations to adapt to evolving business and technology landscapes.
