Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks a senior technical leader to serve as the CODE Task Lead / Enterprise Architecture Task Lead / Data Task Lead, based in Linthicum Heights, MD. The role is contingent upon contract award and requires active TS/SCI clearance eligibility and PMP certification.

You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, ensure DoDAF alignment, oversee data platforms, and manage RMF/ATO processes in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required.
• Experience with DoDAF tools and RMF pathways preferred.
• Strong data management and cloud integration capabilities.
• Proven leadership of enterprise architecture and data programs within DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as CODE directorate interface and technical manager, directing multi-disciplinary engineering resources.
• Provide hands-on oversight for enterprise architecture aligned to DoDAF and classified baselines.
• Oversee data management structures, including hybrid-cloud infrastructure, data governance, and APIs.
• Direct BI and data platform operations, data-lake and data-warehouse implementations.
• Manage daily IT service delivery, RMF/ATO processes, and change control pipelines.
