Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. This role designs and governs the firm’s enterprise application architecture in alignment with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

This position collaborates with stakeholders to support enterprise architecture across Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM, delivering roadmaps, reusable patterns, and governance to improve efficiency and maturity.

Qualifications

6+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, 365, Power Platform, Copilot.
Experience with ServiceNow APM/EA modules or similar tools.
Ability to translate business needs into architecture roadmaps and patterns.
Excellent stakeholder communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, data, and technology domains.
Design integration patterns using Microsoft Azure services (API Management, Logic Apps).
Define reference architectures and reusable patterns with guardrails for secure delivery.
Document architecture standards and roadmaps in ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
Support architecture governance through review boards and approvals.
Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks and integration challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices and maturity.
Perform other duties as required.
