Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team in a role focused on designing and governing the firm’s enterprise application architecture aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

You will work with stakeholders across platforms like Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM, shaping roadmaps, governance models, and reusable patterns to improve efficiency and integration at scale.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong communication and advisory skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Azure services (API Management, Logic Apps).
• Define reference architectures and reusable patterns to secure and scale delivery.
• Document architecture standards and roadmaps in ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
• Support architecture governance processes including architecture review boards and solution approvals.
• Partner with delivery teams as a trusted architecture advisor to identify risks and integration challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices and maturity.
