Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. You will design, govern, and continuously improve the firm architecture aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

You will connect business capabilities with scalable, secure technology solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders, define architecture standards and roadmaps, and

6 years of related experience.
Bachelors degree.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services such as API Management, Logic Apps, and related cloud capabilities.
Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and architecture guardrails that support secure, scalable, and standardized delivery.
Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, solution patterns, and related artifacts within ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
Support architecture governance processes, including architecture review boards, solution approvals, and adherence to enterprise standards.
Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted architecture advisor, helping identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across platforms.
Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices, maturity, and alignment with target-state roadmaps.
Perform other duties as required.
