Job summary

Accenture is seeking an executive-level Enterprise AI Value Strategist to advise clients on AI and data value, define enterprise and industry AI strategy, and lead large-scale transformations in Life Sciences manufacturing.

The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, guiding data-driven programs, governance, and platform strategy, with a focus on responsible AI and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI & Data experience in solutioning, designing, or delivering projects.
• 8+ years of high-value consulting experience with large-scale delivery and leadership of workstreams.
• Hybrid experience in consulting and Life Sciences preferred.
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms, factory IT/OT, digital twins, and automation.
• Expertise in big data technologies, ontology, AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI and data strategy to enable data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Lead end-to-end manufacturing programs spanning engineering, supply chain, and digital manufacturing.
• Translate client challenges into AI/ML use cases and drive PoC to deployment.
• Build executive relationships and drive go-to-market opportunities in Life Sciences manufacturing.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision, roadmap, and operating models.
