Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced AI/LLM Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize advanced language model-powered applications for enterprise use cases. You will build text-based reasoning systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, and scalable prompt engineering frameworks to enhance decision-making and automation.

You will work with business partners to translate requirements into reliable, explainable AI solutions that are secure and production-ready,

Qualifications

Strong programming experience in Python and software engineering best practices.
Experience building production-grade AI/ML systems, not just prototypes.
Experience with LLMs and APIs.
NLP fundamentals and ML concepts (training, evaluation, bias).
Experience with RAG systems and vector search; prompt engineering.
Experience designing APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
Familiarity with model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.
Strong debugging and problem-solving in complex systems.

Responsibilities
