Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation in the United States is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to drive AI adoption and innovation across enterprise functions, contact center operations, and GTM products. You will lead AI architecture, platform engineering, and governance for enterprise AI initiatives.

You will partner with business leaders and engineering teams to design, build, and operationalize AI solutions on Azure and Google Cloud, shaping reusable patterns and accelerating measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• 5+ years delivering production AI/ML at enterprise scale.
• Proven experience architecting AI solutions on Azure and/or Google Cloud.
• Experience building and deploying customer-facing AI products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Care, and IT to identify AI opportunities.
• Lead AI strategy, architecture, and implementation for enterprise AI.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Develop reusable AI patterns, frameworks, and accelerators.
• Establish AI governance, standards, and engineering guidelines.
• Lead AI-powered customer service solutions and virtual agents deployments.
• Define day-2 operating models including monitoring, observability, and AI SecOps.
