Job summary

Sierra AI, a high-growth enterprise AI platform company, is seeking a Senior Enterprise AE who will own the largest, most strategic accounts. You will lead multi-BU, multi-geo deals, engaging C-suite stakeholders and the co-founders in strategic conversations to drive significant ARR and long-term growth.

This role emphasizes AI-native selling, complex deal structuring, and close collaboration with founders, with a path to senior leadership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of enterprise/strategic sales experience
• Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder deals
• Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end 6- and 7-figure ACV deals

Responsibilities

• Architect Sierra's most complex deals across multi-BU and multi-geo opportunities.
• Operate as part of the customer's team with trusted relationships at the C-suite level.
• Engage founders in front of customers with founder-level credibility.
• Bring precision to messaging, positioning, and timing across interactions.
• Shape strategy and set the standard for the sales org across key accounts.
• Sell as an AI-native specialist, leveraging tools to automate low-value tasks and grow high-value relationships.
