  • Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Remote)

GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Denver, CO looking to add a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to their team. Denver-based candidates are preferred but this role can sit fully remote throughout the US. The role is a direct hire position with our client in the SaaS financial services industry. Ideally, this individual will have experience landing large Enterprise-level deals and have relationships in the retail, automotive, or travel & hospitality industries.

Responsibilities
  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead to deal close, selling a complete fintech software solution
  • Establishing lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Fostering new relationships through outbound efforts
  • Working closely with the BDR establishing lead generation activity for your territory
  • Helping to educate customers on the value proposition throughout the adoption cycle
  • Navigating key decision makers to build awareness within organizations through a complex deal lifecycle
  • Identifying customer needs and collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and expansion
  • Initiating, negotiating and closing new contracts with customers
  • Communicating and resolving issues including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries
  • Collaborating with different members of the team (Product, Compliance, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.)
  • Serving as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
  • Acquiring and utilizing industry and geographic knowledge related to macro and industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new sales team members
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience
  • Experience selling into retail, automotive, and/or travel & hospitality
  • Viewed as a thought leader in sales with a broad network
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  • Shown negotiation and closing skills
  • Consistent track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizations
  • Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience creating and presenting content to senior managers and the C-suite
  • Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS vendors preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Some travel required
