What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Drive top-line revenue by acquiring new Enterprise customers and penetrating top-tier accounts.
  2. Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to expand account revenue.
  3. Manage and nurture customer relationships for satisfaction and retention.
  4. Use data insights to prospect new clients and improve retention strategies.
  5. Create quarterly territory plans to increase market share.
  6. Understand Zendesk products and align them with client objectives.
  7. Lead complex sales cycles, including multi-month deals.
  8. Develop a pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  9. Build relationships with C-level executives and internal teams.
  10. Negotiate and close deals using a consultative approach.
  11. Stay informed about Zendesk solutions and industry trends.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in cloud/software B2B sales or solution engineering with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to sell to VP and C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience with territory and account planning.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset.
  • Industry experience and relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic, and Looker.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
