Job summary

ESW is seeking a commercially driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth across the US market, focusing on new business acquisition in retail, ecommerce and consumer brands, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handover.

The ideal candidate brings a strong network, deep market fluency, and a visible personal brand, thriving in startup-like, fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales experience selling to large retailers, ecommerce brands or SaaS solutions.
• Strong network in retail/ecommerce with ability to open doors and convert relationships into opportunities.
• Excellent discovery, qualification and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and handover.
• Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline across US retail, ecommerce and consumer brands.
• Lead discovery, design and negotiation with senior stakeholders; articulate ESW's value in outcomes-led terms.
• Develop account-based strategies with clear next steps and stakeholder maps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling propositions and maintain accurate CRM forecasts.
