Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years related experience and Associate in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities aligned with engineering responsibilities.
• Approve Engineering Change Orders and system reconfigurations.
• Lead Lean 5S evaluations and line setup; train team accordingly.
• Assist assembly/test technicians in wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Collaborate with L3 Supervisor and Test/Manufacturing teams to adjust tolerances per blueprints.
• Oversee assembly and test processes and analyze failures to determine root causes.
• Escalate issues and implement corrective actions.
