Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Engineering Technician to provide technical support for laboratory instrumentation and test procedures at the New Port Richey, FL site. You will work with engineers to develop procedures and ensure accurate results.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with five years of aerospace testing experience, plus knowledge of air and fluid systems and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus five years of work experience in qualification testing of multiple aerospace products.
• Experience with air and fluid mechanical systems and electronic controls, process automation and data acquisition.
• Ability to read complicated technical specifications and procedures to identify issues and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review job order, SDS, and SOPs; select appropriate test equipment and execute projects; ensure calculations are correct.
• Monitor test performance, equipment, data acquisition, and analyze test results; set up and test units and subassemblies under operational conditions; support related testing of hydraulic manifolds, liquid filters, and air products.
• Perform analytical testing on R&D qualification projects and external customer projects, including analysis of fluid samples and filter elements.
