Job summary

Qualifications

• Active or Current DoD Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• A High School Diploma/GED.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and cranes to move materials.
• Ability to receive a level II crane certification accredited by NSWC PCD.
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds to assist with material movements.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, electronic stackers, and forklifts to move systems and components.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within this field.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Flexible to changing requirements.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to travel up 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials.
• Pack, crate, ship or transport products and materials.
• Operate a forklift and utilizes a level II crane to move material to and from trucks and within the storage facility.
• Record flow information of materials and products and ensures accuracy.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Serco Management and Government customers.
