Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Sr. Recruiter for Engineering & Supply Chain to join our Chicago team. You'll manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance and build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

This hybrid role rewards performance with a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 and an uncapped commission plan, with an anticipated OTE of $100,000–$130,000. You will thrive in a high-performance culture that values results and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency.
• Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing or Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and close.
• Hybrid schedule: Mon–Thu onsite, Fri remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance for Engineering & Supply Chain roles.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver hiring solutions.
• Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals.
