ENERCON's Nuclear Services Group is seeking a Project Manager. In this role you will lead the crafting of winning engineering proposals, develop comprehensive project plans, and enforce rigorous standards to drive success and exceed client expectations. From managing schedules and budgets to fostering client relationships and seizing new opportunities, this position blends leadership, strategy, and technical expertise.
This role can be based in one of the following locations:
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead efforts with technical staff to develop highly detailed and winning engineering proposals, manage matrixed technical staff to ensure client deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and technical requirements, enforce internal and external work standards, supervise sub‑contractor personnel, and communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals.
Project Management Excellence: Develop Nuclear Services Project Work Plans, Risk Management Plans, Communication Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and dictionaries; develop, execute, and report on project schedules, including recovery schedules and rebaselining, and understand complex scheduling tools, earned‑value management, and reporting processes.
Client Relations & Business Development: Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serve as the single point of contact, manage client interactions, negotiate and control project scope, support marketing efforts, identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and follow up.
Financial & Reporting Oversight: Formulate and develop detailed internal and federal reporting requirements, understand project financials, and regularly report on financial status and overall project performance to management.
USD $120,000.00 – USD $175,000.00 per year.
