Job summary

Perdue AgriBusiness seeks a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects across grain handling, oilseed processing, and refining facilities. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Environmental, Safety, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and external contractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and aligned with business goals.

Base salary ranges from $114,000 to $170,000 per year with annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
8–12+ years of experience in capital or engineering project mgmt.
Experience leading multimillion dollar capital projects.
Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, change management, and contractor oversight.
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams in plant environments.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary capital projects across capacity expansion and safety improvements.
Develop and maintain PEPs, PMPs, schedules, and budgets per governance.
Own project outcomes from feasibility to commissioning and handoff.
Manage capital budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Coordinate design development, reviews, and approvals for constructability.
