Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years overall program management/engineering program management experience.
• 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid).
• 5+ years of New Product Introduction (NPI) or product release ownership.
• 5+ years coordinating cross-functional execution.
• 4+ years using Jira/Smartsheet for program tracking and reporting.
• 4+ years driving recovery plans for slipping milestones.
• 3+ years presenting status to senior management.
• 3+ years mentoring/leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages a multi-function program driving engineering development and implementation.
• Develops and directs integrated schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners to meet product requirements.
• Communicates progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drives process improvements and adoption of new technologies in the program.
