Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager in East Tennessee (Knoxville area) to lead a cross-disciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers in developing advanced electromechanical medical devices.

The role emphasizes development, testing, safety compliance, and production support in a collaborative setting. The candidate should bring BSEE and/or MSEE with 10+ years in engineering management within the medical device industry, including experience with high-power RF

Qualifications

• MUST have BSEE / MSEE degrees.
• 10+ years engineering management experience in medical device industry.
• Designs are for complex, cutting-edge medical devices involving high-power RF amplifiers, high-voltage and high-current power supplies.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of electrical engineers and mechanical engineers in the development of electromechanical systems for medical applications.
• Support development, testing, safety compliance and production.
• Mentor engineering talent and drive high-impact project execution.
