A leading cloud solutions provider is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for their Collaboration Platform based in Mountain View, CA. The role demands an impactful engineering leader with over 10 years of SaaS or Software Engineering experience, focused on maintaining high operational quality and innovative cloud infrastructure solutions. Competitive salary ranging from $210k to $260k annually with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have expert level experience with multi-tenant software architecture.
• Hands-on: understand and be able to contribute to system designs.
• Past background in Java (mandatory) and Python / Go (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Collaboration Platform group, reporting to the Engineering Platform VP.
• Ensure high quality operation of Egnyte’s platform.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure infrastructure supports roadmap.

Skills

10+ years experience in SaaS or Software Engineering

Expert level experience with multi-tenant software architecture

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure or AWS)

Background in Java

Experience in building and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure

Education

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Masters preferred
