Broadcom Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of ValueOps Financial Intelligence, uniting AI, cloud FinOps, and software portfolio management into an intelligent operating model.

You will build and coach global engineering teams, deliver AI-powered capabilities for cost optimization, budgeting, and executive dashboards, and partner across Product, Finance, Cloud Ops, and AI Platform to embed intelligence at every software lifecycle stage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering managers and global teams.
• Strong experience building enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience designing cloud-native distributed systems.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development and engineering delivery.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Unified Hybrid FinOps engineering strategy.
• Lead scalable enterprise SaaS solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud.
• Deliver an integrated AI solution connecting FinOps, SPM, engineering metrics, and business value.
• Drive AI-first engineering adoption of Generative AI and AI agents.
• Deliver AI-powered capabilities including cloud cost optimization, capacity forecasting, budgeting, and executive insights.
• Partner with AI platform teams to leverage LLMs, agents, and RAG across engineering workflows.
• Build, mentor, and develop world-class engineering teams.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
