LSEG is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead globally distributed teams responsible for the index management platform and operational workflows. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Architecture to deliver strategic capabilities, modernize platforms and improve quality, resilience and efficiency.

This role emphasizes ownership, mentoring, and driving cloud-native solutions with a focus on robust delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of software engineering leadership experience in enterprise-grade environments.
• Proven track record building and scaling globally distributed engineering teams.
• Strong architectural guidance and ability to challenge technical decisions constructively.
• Experience designing scalable, data-intensive applications and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Expertise with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL) and with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in modern web apps (Angular/React), Java, Python, and cloud-native design.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, observability, and security.

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for scalable, secure, highly available solutions.
• Provide technical and architectural direction for platform modernization and new capabilities.
