This leader will manage a team of approximately 10-12 software engineers and will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and resilient platform capabilities that support millions of member interactions. The ideal candidate combines deep engineering expertise with strong leadership skills, driving technical excellence while fostering a high-performing and engaged engineering culture. Working within Aetna Digital's product operating model, this role partners closely with Product Management, Architecture, Experience teams, Security, and Enterprise stakeholders to define and execute technology roadmaps that deliver business and customer value. $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
