Strive Health is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide software and data engineering across multiple pods. You will coach engineers, ensure on-time sprint delivery, and actively contribute code while mentoring teams.

The role emphasizes AWS architecture, Python development, and driving quality standards (TDD/BDD). You will partner with business stakeholders to shape strategy and accelerate AI-assisted tooling adoption, aiming to boost efficiency and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in software/data engineering or related field.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel onsite to meet business needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Software and Data Engineers across multiple pods and provide coaching.
• Maintain ≥80% on-time delivery against sprint commitments.
• Balance 60% AWS architecture/Python work with 40% team leadership and mentoring.
• Drive adoption of TDD/BDD and other quality engineering practices.
• Champion AI-assisted development tooling to improve engineering throughput.
