Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to join our luxury operation. You will work closely with the Director of Engineering to ensure safe, reliable and guest-centric engineering services across the resort.

This senior role requires a proven track record in hospitality engineering, strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in luxury resorts.
• Experience reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, and working with HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Experience hiring and onboarding across hourly and management levels.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse and dynamic engineering team.
• Oversee development and performance of team members.
• Develop and manage an annual engineering budget.
• Ensure adherence to Four Seasons core standards and culture.
• Partner with resort leadership to optimize operations.
