Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead the Security Products Engineering group. You will oversee multiple teams delivering customer-facing cybersecurity products, defining strategy with Product, and mentoring engineering leaders across the organization.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead a team of engineers within our Security Products Engineering group. This role will have a strong focus on delivering effective and reliable cybersecurity products and systems. This includes strategy, leadership, technical guidance and building engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for developing people and cultivating a strong engineering culture.

This role reports to the VP of Engineering for Security Products and is expected to work with peers to drive results and improvement in alignment with the group’s strategy.

Compensation

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Austin based hires: Estimated annual salary of $300,000 - $380,000
• For New York based hires: Estimated annual salary of $330,000 - $415,000
• For Lisbon based hires: Estimated annual salary of €145,000 - €180,000
• For London based hires: Estimated annual salary of £200,000 - £250,000
