Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager—Engineering & Automaton to drive strategic, high-impact projects in a cGMP environment at the Troy, NY site. Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science/Engineering or related technical field with 10+ years of relevant experience in Engineering, Automation, or IT.
• Pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility experience with portfolio management, computerized system procurement, design, installation and support in a cGMP setting.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management in a GxP environment.
• Understanding of bioprocessing equipment design and GxP software quality system principles, with focus on data integrity.
• Broad business acumen and ability to apply SDLC concepts to computerized assets in a GxP environment.
• Advanced portfolio/program/project management experience.
• Ability to develop & publish schedules, dashboards, reports and other project documents using MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with design, development, configuration and implementation of computerized equipment and systems for cGMP use is preferred.

• Ensure key technical resources are in place and optimized with iterative, feedback-driven processes.
• Lead teams, streamline stakeholder communication, and resolve conflicts to improve speed-to-value.
• Ensure SDLC processes are applied to project outcomes.
• Develop automated dashboards to report project performance and KPI trends.
• Minimize project complexity through risk identification and mitigation, allocating resources effectively.
• Use data analytics and supportive AI to forecast business impact and streamline decision-making.
